I like to make appointments between the hours of 11:00 a.m and 9:00 p.m.Earlier or later appointments (not too late) may often be accommodated by special arrangement depending on your locale and with plenty of advanced notice.

You are however welcome to call me any time(exept inthe middle of the night).I will call you back as soon as I can, if I am available. Whether you decide to call for an appointment or contact me by e-mail, please be sure that the information you provide is accurate and complete if you would like me to get back to you.
